Newton Kumar,
a new kid on the block government assistant is sent on race obligation to a naxal-controlled town in the contention ridden wildernesses of Chhattisgarh, India. Later when a remote columnist turns up at the surveying station the security powers drive the villagers from the voting public to swing up to cast their votes. Before long Newton understands that they have no clue what the race is about. He frantically tries to teach them however the security head pushes him aside and tells villagers that voting machine is a toy. The remote journalist gets an uplifting news report about India's vote based system Newton needs to sit at the surveying stall for the stipulated time yet is compelled to escape due to a naxal assault which he understands later was organized by the police. In transit back he chooses to gather votes of three villagers who all of a sudden turn up from no place inside the timberland from which the security powers are escorting Newton back. The head of security is hesitant to give them a chance to do as such. Considering his obligation important, Newton takes his firearm and focuses it on the head of powers till the villagers cast their votes. He even keeps him at gunpoint after their voting in favor of the staying two minutes of his official obligation. The security powers at that point beat him up out of disappointment. The film finishes up with Newton who is appeared in his office staying aware of his old courses previously a visit by the nearby race officer Malko and they consent to have tea.
